Superb service from this business. Got in a jam when my wife had an accident and was in hospital emergency. They were able to provide a very reasonably priced car instantly and after a short 10 min walk from the hospital, I had the car so I could get my wife supported. Then on return of the car they gave me an unsolicited ride back to the airport. Fantastic service in very distressing circumstances.

There is a reason why the reviews are so good for this place and the owner. We called last minute to book a car and we talked over the phone and sorted it out right away. He even explained it was a better deal to keep the car after we initially wanted and then he would drive us to the airport the next day. That kind of service you won't get from those other companies. His full insurance was also cheaper than the other big companies. We were going to be charged an additional driver fee but when told the other car rental companies don't do that , he price matched no problem. Definitely recommend getting a car from here.

We arrived in Cairns and tried to rent a car with a few hire car companies, none of them had any cars available. A quick Google search came up with a few options so I started at the top of the list. The first company didn't answer my call so I went to the next one and I hit gold. Mark at Cairns Vehicle Hire was amazing, within half an hour he was at our accommodation to pick us up, took us to his car rental depot and had a car ready for us. We were provided with an almost new car that was spotlessly clean. We rented it for five days and Mark gave us an extra day free of charge! We liked it so much we ended up renting the car for an extra four days. Nothing was too much trouble and Mark did everything he could possibly do to make us happy.Thank you once again for exceeding our expectations. Keep up the fantastic work!

Mark the owner of this company - is a fantastic person, very easy going and he was very supportive. His cars are clean, latest models and good. You can take travel tips from him as well. He offers best price for rental cars. I was given a hybrd car in the same price for a petrol car, which prooved very economical for us. I recomend this company for car hire.

Hired a car recently and was happy with the car we were given. Car had done low kilometres and was in a good condition. It’s easy to communicate with Mark.
