Mark and his team were amazing.I had a very quick sms conversation with Mark as I was on a Boat Cruise and could not use the phone to call. He had arranged us a awesome car the night before and to make things even easier, offered to bring the car to the Cairns Cruise Terminal. All we had to do was drop him back to the shop a few streets down. He also made drop off so easy, went back to the shop at the agreed time to pick Mark up, he dropped us back to the cruise terminal and put the deposit back on to my card using a portable Eftpos machine. It honestly could not be easier to hire a car through Cairns Vehicle Hire. The car we received was better than promised and so clean, the car was practically brand new. We had an awesome 2 days in Cairns made so much better because of the convenience of the awesome car. Service was brilliant, I highly recommend Mark and his team to help make your Cairns holiday a memorable one with the convenience of booking through Mark. We arrived in Cairns and tried to rent a car with a few hire car companies, none of them had any cars available. A quick Google search came up with a few options so I started at the top of the list. The first company didn't answer my call so I went to the next one and I hit gold. Mark at Cairns Vehicle Hire was amazing, within half an hour he was at our accommodation to pick us up, took us to his car rental depot and had a car ready for us. We were provided with an almost new car that was spotlessly clean. We rented it for five days and Mark gave us an extra day free of charge! We liked it so much we ended up renting the car for an extra four days. Nothing was too much trouble and Mark did everything he could possibly do to make us happy.Thank you once again for exceeding our expectations. Keep up the fantastic work!
